Large Rams Horn Pods (6 Pack)
Category: Aquarium Aquatic Aquascaping Botanicals
Add a striking, natural accent to your aquarium with Ram Horn Pods, harvested from the Borassus flabellifer palm tree of Sri Lanka. These uniquely shaped pods gradually unfurl as they become waterlogged, creating a dynamic, natural aesthetic that mimics fallen forest botanicals found in tropical blackwater rivers.
Perfect for shrimp tanks and bottom dwellers like Plecos and Ancistrus, Ram Horn Pods are an excellent source of biofilm and microfauna, supporting a thriving aquarium ecosystem. Their structure can also be gently broken apart to create texture and variation in your aquascape or used in bioactive terrariums to provide nutrition for isopods and springtails.
