I was dreading the tannin stains and biofilm my old real wood always caused, so this resin piece solved that problem instantly. It sank right away and the mixed helferi plants around it look surprisingly natural in my tank.
Swapped out my driftwood for this because I got tired of scrubbing biofilm every week, and honestly the tank stays much clearer now. The Helferi plant part looks a bit plastic up close, but from a normal viewing distance it blends in fine with my other plants.
