Category: Aquarium Aquatic Aquascaping Botanicals

These beautiful Papyrus leaves are just short of 12 inches making them ideal for larger blackwater aquarium aquascapes or a centrepiece to a smaller blackwater aquarium. As the Papyrus leaves become more waterlogged the leaves open up to create a fan shape, adding a unique decorative element to the aquascape.

The leaves are not only decorative but they make an excellent alternative food source for shrimp and bottom dwellers who cannot seem to resist their tissue paper-like textured leaves.

Evelyn Y. ★★★★★

These are way bigger than I pictured, nearly a foot across, and they fill the back of my 40 gallon nicely. Within a couple days they started tinting the water that tea color I was after.

David M. ★★★★★

Dropped these into my 75-gallon blackwater tank and the fish are already hanging around them like little hideouts. Each leaf is nearly a foot long, which gives the aquascape that dramatic, natural depth I was after. They've held up well over the first week without turning mushy.

Adam I. ★★★★★

The leaves arrived even bigger and sturdier than I pictured, and the near-12-inch length fills my 40-gallon tank beautifully. They sink well after a quick soak and give the water that dark, natural blackwater look I was going for.
