Add the perfect finishing touch to your blackwater aquarium with Turkey Acorn Cups. These small but highly functional botanicals are ideal for aquascapers looking to create a realistic forest-floor effect, mimicking the fine details found in natural riverbeds and flooded woodland habitats.
Despite their compact size, acorn cups release a surprising amount of beneficial tannins and quickly develop biofilm, making them a favourite grazing spot for Caridina and Neocaridina shrimp, as well as Plecos and Ancistrus. Their natural cup shape also provides excellent micro-hiding spaces for shrimplets and fish fry, helping to reduce stress and improve survival rates in breeding setups.
