The lengthy Bamboo leaves are ideal for larger biotope blackwater designs. The leaves may appear crispy and delicate but as they become waterlogged they become fuller in shape. The Bamboo leaf like thePapyrus and Catappais enjoyed by many species of crystal shrimp and bottom-dwelling fish as an alternative food source. As their tannin level is mild compared to other aquatic botanical leaves, they are ideal for aquarists who are going for a clear water biotope.

Violet R. ★★★★★

I dropped a few of these into my blackwater setup and within two days they sank and opened up into full, broad shapes. Twenty leaves go a lot further than I expected since each one is so long.

My 75-gallon tank finally has that natural riverbed look I was after—these leaves are long enough to break up the open water column instead of just carpeting the bottom. They arrive papery and fragile, but after a day submerged they soften and curve into these nice, full shapes that my corydoras lov

Amelia W. ★★★★★

Dropped a few of these into my larger blackwater tank and they sank beautifully once soaked, the leaves really do plump up after a couple days submerged. The 20-pack is plenty to scatter across the bottom without overcrowding.
